Modified the Orders tab for NG RCMC ADOP packets to change the method of determining the ending orders date for the Service Member. Users will now enter the number of days the Service Member will be on orders in the How many days will the Soldier be on orders? field and enter the starting orders date. The system will calculate the ending orders date based on these two values.

Note: -_Users can now specify an orders period that exceeds 179 days.

Modified the Finances tab for NG RCMC ADOP packets to allow users to specify an orders period that exceeds 179 days.

The Orders Information section of the Orders tab for NG RCMC ADOP packets has been updated to grant read-write access to the users that own the following statuses:

  • State Surgeon ADOP Review (NG)

  • NGB Surgeon ADOP Review (NG)

  • State Admin ADOP Review (NG)

Note: -_To access the case, the user must own the case and the case must be in their status.

NGB Oversight user role permissions have been modified to add LOD Assault Draft (NG) as an extendable permission. This permission permits users with the ability to process Restricted and Unrestricted Assault workflow LODs in the LOD Assault Draft (NG) status.

NGB Oversight user role permissions have been modified to add Search/View Restricted LODs as an extendable permission. This permission permits users with the ability to search for and view Restricted LOD cases.

The Start New ADOP page has been updated to use the MEDCHART Look-Up Service Member functionality. Users can look up a Service Member using their Social Security number, Last Name, First Name, EDIPI (also known as Department of Defense Identification (DoD ID) number, or a combination of all of these search options.

Updated the PEBD Date and ETS Date sections of the Soldier tab for those ADOP workflows that require this information. If no PEBD information is input for these ADOP workflows, the system will display a warning banner at the top of the page that informs the user that estimates and calculations on the Finances tab may be inaccurate because of the missing information.

The following enhancements, bug fixes, and workarounds were introduced in the eMMPS module for this release.

To support the Warrior Care and Transition Program restructure, added the NG CCU ADOP workflow. Users can create, review and process these ADOP cases to facilitate the processing of Service Member's active duty order requests. Users will receive e-mail notifications of the case status changes, as the ADOP is processed in MEDCHART.

As a security precaution, MEDCHART now restricts the entry of "<", ">", or "&" characters in any free text field. If a user tries to enter these characters, the system will display a notification message and change the characters to either "[", "]", or "+" as appropriate. Historical data will not be impacted by this change.

Note: -_ The exception to this change in eMMPS will be for UIC descriptions, ICD-9 and ICD-10 diagnosis descriptions, Region descriptions, and Blood Alcohol level on the DA Form 2173.
